Meet the Team

I come from a Vietnamese family that has embraced holistic medicine, and I personally learned bodywork techniques from my Grandmother, Vui. She practiced various forms of manual therapy, acupuncture, massage, and those dreaded Chinese herbal drinks she would concoct for us as kids to cure our ailments.

I seemed to be the only grandkid who absorbed her knowledge and skills, as she worked on us. We couldn’t afford to visit doctors, being part of an immigrant family and starting a new life in Florida. She was our doctor, and she took care of everyone.

I grew up learning bodywork techniques and massaging my family, as my grandmother taught me. Often, it was my mother who needed my help the most, as she toiled and worked two jobs for over two decades to provide for us.

As I started my career in holistic medicine, I began in a chiropractic setting, working on car accident patients and treating a wide array of injuries, including tech neck, back injuries, sciatica, frozen shoulder, scoliosis pain management, and tennis elbow through manual therapy.

I started my own practice in April of 2023 and have been able to help so many more people. My goal is simply to help as many individuals as I can in this world, and this invitation extends to you!
