Frequently Asked Questions

Arriving 5 to 10 minutes early gives us time to connect, discuss your goals, and make sure your session is tailored to exactly what you need.
Consider it the beginning of your experience.
-
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If plans change, a 24-hour notice is all that is needed and always appreciated.
-
The reason behind our work is not transactional. It starts with truly caring for every guest that comes to us.
That kind of motivation produces a different quality of presence and attention in the room.
-
Your comfort is the priority, always. Undress to whatever level feels right for you. Every client is different and that is completely respected.
You will be draped with a sheet throughout the entire session, with only the area being worked on gently uncovered.
For the best results, ladies are encouraged to remove their bra, as straps can limit access to the areas that need attention most.

There is no single answer… And that is intentional.
Every body is different, and nobody knows yours better than you do. Some clients come in weekly as part of their wellness routine, others schedule a session when they feel their body asking for it.
Either approach is valid, and guidance is always available to help find what works best for you.

Gratuity is never expected, but always deeply appreciated. The greatest compliment is a client who leaves feeling better and returns.
